Thoughts On A Cloud - Guided Kids Meditation
By doing this meditation, kids can discover that they can let go of thoughts anytime! This practice empowers children and helps them to discover the peace and calm that they hold within.
This practice can be as short or as long as the child likes, for the younger age groups, the time is often much shorter, as children get older and their attention span increases, they can practice for longer, I usually find most kids can do this practice for 1-2 minutes.
Remember, a practice does not have to go for a long time for a child to discover something new, these practices are seeds of awareness that will sprout over time.
